On the Syrian coast, many Christian families continue to face the lasting effects of displacement, struggling to find stable work, provide daily meals, and rebuild a sense of normalcy. For many women, the challenges of supporting their households have only grown more difficult in a region where opportunities are limited.
Our team launched a project to bring both nourishment and new beginnings to this community. Partnering with local experts, we organized cooking courses and hands-on training sessions to equip Christian women with practical culinary skills that can open doors to future employment or small business ventures. Through these sessions, women are learning not just to cook, but to create sustainable ways to support their families with dignity and confidence.
Alongside the training, our team also distributed daily meals and food packages to around 500 displaced Christians throughout the month. These meals have provided immediate relief and a tangible reminder that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
This project is about more than food—it’s about empowerment. Each woman who learns a new skill gains the potential to provide for her children, strengthen her community, and inspire others to do the same. And every meal shared becomes a moment of hope in the midst of uncertainty.
Because of your continued support, The Blessing Projects is helping transform hardship into opportunity, one meal, one skill, and one life at a time.
