What We Do

The Blessing Projects serves displaced and vulnerable populations worldwide, with a focus on communities affected by conflict, instability, and religious persecution—especially persecuted Christians.

Our mission rests on two foundational pillars:

  • Humanitarian Aid: Providing immediate relief in times of crisis, meeting urgent needs.
  • Long-Term Solutions: Establishing sustainable development projects that address the root causes of displacement and instability.

We prioritize lasting transformation over short-term aid. Our goal is not only to alleviate immediate suffering but to foster stability, self-reliance, and dignity within each community we serve. By investing in local leadership and long-term strategies, we reduce dependency and empower communities to grow and thrive from within.

How We Do It

Locally Led Project Management

Each of our initiatives is led by a Project Manager who is from the community they serve. Possessing intimate knowledge of local challenges, cultural dynamics, and effective paths toward lasting change.

Community Engagement

Each project is supported by volunteers from the community, promoting ownership, dignity, and long-term sustainability.

Integrated Approach

By combining immediate humanitarian aid with long-term development strategies, we are uniquely positioned to serve communities in both crisis and recovery phases, ensuring that relief is not an end point, but a bridge to renewal.

Rudy Atallah: Co-Founder and CEO

Rudolph Atallah is the Chief Executive Officer of White Mountain Research Inc., a disabled veteran-owned company he founded 17 years ago to operate at the intersection of geopolitics, counterterrorism, and high-risk environments. Under his leadership, White Mountain Research has supported governments, multinational companies, and humanitarian organizations operating in some of the world’s most complex and dangerous regions.

Atallah brings 34 years of experience in U.S. national security, having served at the highest levels of government, most recently as Deputy Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the White House National Security Council. In that role, he led U.S. counterterrorism policy across Africa and the Levant, coordinating diplomacy, defense, intelligence, and financial tools to protect U.S. interests and prevent regional destabilization.

A former U.S. Air Force officer, Defense Attaché, and senior Pentagon official, Atallah has advised Cabinet-level leaders, briefed Congress, negotiated with foreign governments, and led crisis response, hostage recovery, evacuations, and humanitarian protection efforts worldwide.

He is fluent in French and Arabic, has traveled to more than 120 countries, and holds an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Atallah is known for delivering results where security, diplomacy, and business converge, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected states.
