Lebanon: Wheat Field to Uplift Community During Conflict

In South Lebanon, as conflict continues to impact daily life, many Christian families have made the courageous decision to remain on their land. In response, The Blessing Projects is launching a large-scale agricultural initiative—cultivating wheat across approximately 37 acres of land, centrally located among five key Christian villages.

This project is designed to support around 1,800 believers, providing meaningful work for 15 families and distributing wheat and grain to approximately 250 families. In a time where access to food and income is uncertain, this initiative brings both immediate relief and lasting opportunity.

What makes this effort especially impactful is its sustainability. Around 20% of the families who receive grain will use it to plant future crops or support their own bakeries and small businesses. This creates a multiplying effect—where today’s provision helps secure tomorrow’s stability.

With Lebanon’s agricultural season beginning in March and April, the timing is critical. As war continues and displacement rises, this project offers a way to stand with those who have chosen to stay—providing not just food, but dignity, purpose, and hope for the future.

By investing in this wheat field, we are helping preserve these communities and ensure they have the resources to endure and rebuild.
