We're excited to reflect on the projects we wrapped up at the end of 2024, setting the stage for a vibrant and energized 2025 filled with fresh enthusiasm for both ongoing and new endeavors.

Without further ado, here's what we've been working on throughout the last month of 2024 —

LEBANON

Here are some new photos from our small medical clinic, where we provide care for approximately 70 displaced elderly Christians from South Lebanon.

We're committed to ensuring they receive proper medical attention, and recently, a doctor visited to bring everyone up to date on their health check-ups.

We hosted a joyful Christmas party for about fifty displaced Christian children from South Lebanon at the TBP shelter.

Bringing cheer to those in need is a reminder of the true spirit of the season — one that we strive to carry forward not just at Christmas, but every single day.

IRAQ

The TBP team in Iraq recently visited a children’s cancer hospital in northern Iraq, brightening the day for 48 young patients by delivering thoughtful gifts.

To further support these families, we will cover transportation costs for three months, ensuring that parents who lack the means can still visit their children regularly.

In addition, the team is committed to providing essential items such as clothing, food, books, educational materials, and games to support the children’s well-being.

Children’s hospitals in Iraq are among the most under-resourced sectors in the country, making this initiative especially impactful.

NAIROBI

Levy, our project manager in Nairobi, shared a heartwarming Christmas update.

With our financial support, they were able to build a small house for Nathan and his two siblings, who tragically lost their parents.

The power of a community coming together is truly inspiring, and we’re honored to play a part in making a difference.

Additionally, ten widows from the same community have successfully completed their vocational training, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievement.

EAST SYRIA

The solar setup we installed in the Levant Region is officially complete! This system will power the water pumps for two wells located in villages along the Al Khabur River.

This is a HUGE achievement, as it benefits approximately 450 community members and 20 local farmers.

We’ve been providing care and support to seven young women who survived horrific assaults by ISIS and 25 children who were forced into drug addiction.

At our newly rebuilt rehabilitation center, two dedicated psychiatrists work with these individuals daily, helping them heal and rebuild their lives.

Following the war escalation and widespread upheaval in Syria, many Christians were forced to seek refuge in safer regions like Rojava and the Levant.

For the past five years, our team has led the way in these areas by supporting displaced Christians through sustainable, long-term initiatives designed to help them rebuild their lives and create job opportunities for their communities.

One of these projects involves renting 3.5 acres of farmland in Kobani, East Syria, for approximately 40 farmers. We're equipping them with over 15,000 seeds and plants, including lettuce, cabbage, spinach, parsley, and other legumes, providing a vital means of livelihood and hope for the future.

This is the first phase out of three, focused on cultivating the land and planting the crops. We'll keep you updated on the next steps as they progress!

EGYPT

The Blessing Projects branch in Asyout, Egypt, is working with the Koptis Church to establish a chicken and duck farm in a deeply impoverished Christian community.

Once operational, the farm will raise approximately 1,200 chicks, which will then be evenly distributed among 60 Christian families.

By caring for the chicks in their backyards, these families can create sustainable livelihoods — whether by selling eggs, expanding their flocks through reproduction, or supplying chicks to other farmers — empowering them to build brighter futures.

...That's all for this month! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for being a massive part in all the good work we've been able to accomplish throughout this world this year.
