April has been full of momentum, with exciting projects taking shape and reaching completion across the globe. We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to share what’s been happening.
So without further ado, here’s a glimpse into what we’ve been working on around the world.
NIGERIA
We recently empowered 135 women in Irigwe Chiefdom, Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau, by donating maize seeds, soybeans, rice, herbicides, fertilizers, and essential farming tools.
Most of these women are widows, survivors of devastating attacks that claimed the lives of their husbands and tore through their community.
This project is more than aid, it’s a step toward independence. By equipping vulnerable women to farm, we’re not only restoring their dignity but also building food security for the entire region.
Another exciting aspect of the project is that our project manager, Lawrence, was able to secure two tractors, which will be used to cultivate farmland for the women who received the donated agricultural kits.
SYRIA
The Blessing Projects team recently sprang into action to support around 200 families who escaped the war in their coastal Syrian villages.
We delivered tents, sleeping kits, vital medications, and food packages, all the essentials they needed to survive and rebuild.
Our goal is clear: to keep Christian families rooted in their homeland and prevent the need for displacement and permanent migration to the West.
Another one of our projects based in Syria is in Tal Tamer, where Christian families have endured years of conflict and a devastating drought.
We're supporting five local farmers who care for ten families (about 50 individuals), helping them cultivate their land, harvest crops, and sell their produce.
This not only restores their ability to provide for their loved ones but also strengthens the soil for future seasons.
The first profits will go directly to their families and to enriching the land with the nutrients and supplements it needs to flourish.
This is how we build long-term resilience toward potential displacement — one project, one family, and one harvest at a time.
After her husband was brutally murdered by ISIS remnants while returning home, Katrina, a Christian widow in Eastern Syria, and her two daughters became targets.
The extremists began harassing them, pressuring Katrina to convert and surrender one of her daughters.
Fearing for their lives, Katrina reached out to Father Youhanna, a trusted partner of The Blessing Projects through our past work in his community. He alerted us immediately and our team was able to act fast.
This past month, we successfully relocated Katrina and her daughters to a safe location near the Syrian-Iraqi border, far from the Turkish-controlled areas where extremist groups operate unchecked.
The family is now secure and awaiting the right moment to be safely moved into Kurdistan.

IRAQ
This past month, ISIS launched a brutal attack on Assyrian Christians in Duhok, Iraq, during their Assyrian Day celebrations.
Five people were seriously injured, and an elderly woman remained hospitalized for a week.
The TBP team immediately stepped in, visiting the injured in the hospital to offer critical support, and then traveling to their village to restore dignity and stability.
With the water system destroyed during the conflict, we helped bring clean water back to their homes and fields, a vital step in rebuilding their lives.
In North Iraq, powerful local authorities confiscated farmland from Christian families under the pretext that it was “unused” — ignoring the fact that these families had fled due to years of bombings and armed conflict in the region.
Now, these lands are finally being returned.
Our project will restore the right of 30 farmers to cultivate their soil again — creating over 200 jobs, supporting 1,100 family members, and breathing life back into three Christian villages near the border.
We're stepping in to cultivate the land, restore water systems, revive 5,000 almond trees and care for 3,000+ grapevines, support pruning, provide pest control, plant new crops, and assist with harvesting to ensure a sustainable future.
NAIROBI / KENYA
Despite battling an armyworm infestation, Levy and his team are beginning to see the first hopeful signs of growth in their maize and beans.
LEBANON
This month, we distributed 35,000 plants to 500 Lebanese Christian families — supporting over 2,500 individuals in the process.
This project has the power to sustain lives for years to come. It’s truly inspiring to watch its impact take root and flourish.
MAGADI / KENYA
We received sweet photo updates from Joel's Village, which we just had to share!
...That's all for this month! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for being a massive part in all the good work we've been able to accomplish throughout this world this year.
