Turkey
A Nation Struggling with Displacement and Division
Turkey is facing significant challenges with its large population of 4 million refugees, primarily from Syria, and internal displacement due to ongoing conflicts and natural disasters. Political and economic instability has further exacerbated the situation, leaving over 3 million people in urgent need of humanitarian aid. The country's Christian minority has been increasingly targeted by extremist groups, with rising incidents of violence and threats against churches and Christian leaders. These pressures have led to the shrinking of Christian communities, with many fleeing or facing significant persecution in certain regions.
Our Response
Our team is currently in Turkey, providing:
- Safe spaces for persecuted Christian communities
- Sustainable agriculture projects
- Victim rescues
We are committed to restoring dignity and self-sufficiency among Turkey’s displaced and persecuted populations. Through partnerships with local organizations, we aim to create lasting change by addressing both immediate needs and long-term recovery efforts. Our work empowers vulnerable communities, helping them rebuild their lives with hope and stability.
